Permitted use of images:
•On printed materials: promotional, editorial and packaging, in most formats such as newspapers, magazines, reports, books, brochures, disc covers, catalogs, and advertising materials.
•On electronic media: promotional and editorial in electronic and digital formats such as screensavers, websites, television, video and multimedia products.

Restricted use of images:
•You may use an image in postcards, calendars, greeting cards, posters when these items are intended for promotional use only but not for resale of these items as retail products.
•This license authorises up to (10) ten individuals in total to use an image whether simultaneously or not. If placed on a server, no more than (10) ten individuals in total should be allowed to access an image.
•Where private properties, landmarks, products, logos, public art or signages appear in an image it is your responsability to acquire proper rights from the property owner, artist or architect for commercial use of this image.

Prohibited use of images:
•Display the image in an electronic format with a resolution greater than 480x640 pixels.
•Display the image in a way that it is intended to be downloaded.
•Sell, rent, loan, give, transfer the rights to use the image.
•Use the image for pornography, defamatory, libellous, obscene, immoral, fraudulent, political, religious or otherwise unlawful uses.
•Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble any part of the image, subject to applicable law.
•Use the image or accompanying material in a way other than described in the above permitted uses.
•Use or incorporate the image or any part of it in a logo or trademark or servicemark.
•Use photographs of people or goods (property) in a way that it would suggest an association with a product, brand or trademark.

Warranty:
We warrant that, when properly used, images and cd-roms will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 (thirty) days following reception. We make no warranty of any kind regarding the quality or suitability of our images and cd-roms for a particular purpose expressed or implied without limitation. Our only responsibility and liability under this warranty and this as your sole and exclusive remedy, is to replace or reimburse the cost of the purchase image or cd-rom to you.

Limitation of Liabilities:
Under no circumstances, we will be liable to you for any consequential, incidental, direct or indirect damage or other damages including losses of any kind (or claim of loss from a third party) arising out of the use or inability to use our images, cd-roms or website. This applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold us (and our employees, directors, partners and suppliers of images) harmless against any damage or liability of any kind arising from any use of our images other than the permitted uses described above.

When purchasing and using our images, you agree to respect international laws of copyright and the laws of the country in which you reside and use these images.
Under certain laws, you have the obligation to mention credit for the artist who created the image and the agency.

Miscellaneous:
This agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with international copyright laws and the laws of France. Any and all claims shall be litigated in the city of Perpignan, in France.

Additional clauses:
Images are subjects to additional clauses from their publisher. When purchasing these images, you agree to be bound by the terms of these additional clauses which are listed below by publisher.
