Quality of images
All pictures from our image bank are clean, sharp, professionally captured and colour corrected using the latest digital equipment available. They are saved as JPEG RGB files in different sizes before they are stored in our database and made available for download. You will find more information about technical specifications of our images in our file formats page.

Purchase of stock images
When you browse or search our image bank, photos thumbnails are displayed into your web browser. By clicking on a thumbnail a preview of the photo will be displayed. Beside and below the preview you will find information on all sizes for that photo as well as the information on the photographer or photo publisher. To purchase the image, select a size and add it to your shopping basket. You can add as many images as you wish to your basket and at any time, view and change its content by clicking on the basket link. When you are ready to place your order, click on the checkout link and follow instructions. You will then enter a secure server page where you will need to enter details and payment method.
After the checkout process, all ordered single images will be available for download within one hour following your purchase. These images can be downloaded from your account section, at the bottom of your order page.
While your CD is shipping, we can also provide download links to high resolution images from any ordered CD.

Secure payment & privacy
Our image bank server runs with SSL (secure socket layer). All details sent to us will be encrypted and will not be visible during transmission. Our payment page is handled by Worldpay, a world leader in secure payment gateway. Worldpay takes care of the whole payment process on our website.
ALL TRANSACTIONS TO AND FROM OUR WEBSITE ARE SAFE.

When purchasing images on our site, you have to supply some information in order to create an account. At any time you have full access to this information through our account link to update or delete your details.
YOUR ACCOUNT DETAILS WILL BE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL AND WILL NOT BE GIVEN TO ANY THIRD PARTY.

Download of images
After the checkout process, all ordered single images will be available for download within one hour following your purchase. These photos can be downloaded from your account section, at the bottom of your order page.
While your CD is shipping, we can also provide download links to high resolution images from any ordered CD.

Refund policy
If a CD or an image has a defect, it will be replaced or refunded to you. Refunds must be requested within 48 hrs of receipt of images or CDs. The refund will be issued within 7 days of your request. Replacement will take 24 hrs + shipping time. Royalty free photos cannot be refunded.
